The default currency on the site is Canadian dollars (CAD) (ProtoFPV is from Canada). If you wish to check the prices in your own countries currency using the latest exchange rates, please find the pull down tab with flag in the top header bar or use a website like XE to check currency conversions. Please note when you make your final purchase, it will be in Canadian dollars.
Depending on the method of payment you used, your actual financial institution responsible for your credit card etc. will ultimately charge you your native currency.
Below is an example and may change at anytime as exchange rates fluctuate daily.
Example 1: You live in the United States and purchase $200 Canadian Dollars (CAD) of ProtoFPV products with your preferred method of payment. When you receive your bank statement, it will show as $140 USD.
Example 2: You live in Germany and purchase $200 Canadian Dollars (CAD) of ProtoFPV products with your preferred method of payment. When you receive your bank statement, it will show as $132 Euro
Example 3: You live in Japan and purchase $200 Canadian Dollars (CAD) of ProtoFPV products with your preferred method of payment. When you receive your bank statement, it will show as 20,869.50 Japanese Yen
Tax is only charged to Canadian customers.

To all my USA bros. USA shipping is suspended for now. I will update this space when I learn more. Too much change and unpredictability during a trade war. This obviously effects your hobby and my business. Plus, our national post office is on strike so it would be difficult to ship stuff to you anyway. LOL Really sucks. We'll figure something out eventually!

BAD NEWS:
If you really are in need to order my stuff, you will now find a 34% tax applied to your order at the final checkout page called: Prepaid Customs Duties.
GOOD NEWS (SORT OF NOT REALLY)
The only good news I have is, this amount is remitted to the US government and it supports your economy. Also, you technically won't have a surprise bill when the product shows up at your door, but... ya'll never know!! You know all these shipping companies are trying to nickel and dime us somewhere. 😡
Lets just hope all of this stuff is temporary, but still it really sucks... I'm sorry. 😑

Yes we do. If you think your country is unavailable for shipping from the protofpv website, please email us info@protofpv.com with your cart items and mailing address for a custom shipping quote! *We will cancel orders placed from countries currently at war. ProtoFPV is intended for hobby use only!
As long as it's not shipped yet, it's not a problem, just email us at info@protofpv.com your request and we will send you an electronic invoice to your email. Once paid up, we will manually add it to your existing order. Please note, if it's a lot of additional items, shipping cost may increase as well.

We need to spend the time 3D printing your request and may require multiple re-spoolings of the printer just for you order.

Service Charge: $15 per additional colour.
Example: Main base colour is FREE (Ex: Stealth)
Any additional colour: $15 (Ex: Rosso for Feet etc.)
Custom requests may add 5 business days to the total lead time.
